1. We strongly encourage you to contact us to reschedule your appointment if:
— You have recently traveled internationally or to any high-risk areas within the past 30 days, or live in a high-risk area.
— Are currently (or within the past 48 hours) experiencing any flu-like symptoms, such as: sore throat, cough, fever, sneezing or shortness of breath.
–Have been in contact with anyone exhibiting these symptoms.
2. We are asking all patients to limit the number of additional family/friends during your visit.
3. If it becomes necessary to reschedule your appointment, you will be notified.
